Coaching is a truly transformative partnership. This relationship can create a powerful sense of direction, confidence, and balance for the client to better navigate change, overcome challenges and make life, work, and relationships far more fulfilling. If you are committed to your personal growth, you are open to new perspectives, and you are ready for things to be different, this is the fastest way to achieve your desired results. We will not enforce a ‘formula’ on you because everyone has a unique path. Each coaching session is different. We combine ancient West African and Asian wisdom teachings, with cutting-edge coaching and healing mindfulness technologies to help you align yourself with your truth and highest path.

New clients usually start with the 1-month package. Clients can meet us in person, by phone, or video chat.​

  • This one-month coaching session includes four 60 minutes session

  •  Two 15 minutes phone call follow-up sessions.

  • Pick 1-2 coaching sessions from our list and we swiftly narrow down brief steps to achieving your goals.

The Coaching Process

Every client is unique, so each program is tailored for an optimal and effective outcome. Life Coach 360 offers single sessions and 1 month to 1 year coaching partnership depending on the client and their needs. Each session will focus on personal goals while discussing both internal and external factors affecting one’s ability to lead a fulfilling life. One-on-one sessions will be held via phone, in person or online video chat.

Once we have determined what it is you want, we need to answer the next important question: Is what you are doing working? Every action is under your control.
